West Lulworth is on the Purbeck Cycleway, which is 47 miles long and caters for cyclists of all abilities. If you would prefer a less strenuous cycle ride you can try one of the shorter loops. For example:-

Frome Valley Loop (22miles)

This starts outside Wareham, passes Woolbridge Manor where Tess of the D'Urbervilles spent her honeymoon and ends at Moreton, where Lawrence of Arabia was buried.

Isle of Purbeck Loop (12 miles)

This hilly route passes through Langton Maltravers, Kingston and Corfe castle, with scenic views over the Corfe Valley.
