Breakfast
A full English Breakfast, with vegetarian options is cooked to order and served in the dining room between 8.30am and 9.30am. A variety of cereals, fresh fruit, yoghurt, fruit juices, tea, coffee, toast, jams and marmalade are also provided.

Car Park
A safe off the road car park is provided at the front of the building. One car parking space is available for each guest room.

Colour Television
A 14" colour television with remote control and teletext is provided in each room.

Customer Lounge
This provides comfortable seating with views of West Lulworth Church and the surrounding hills. It has a colour television and video, along with a selection of board games, books, maps and tourist information.

Fire Safety
Smoke detectors and emergency lighting are installed throughout the building.

Hot Water Bottles
Hot water bottles are available in each room.

Ironing
An iron and ironing board is available to guests.

Keys
Keys are provided for the front door and each bedroom door. Guests can come and go as they please.

Library
A selection of paperback books, novels and reference books are available in the bookcase in the customer lounge.

Laundry
Wet clothes can be dried, free of charge in the Laundry. We also offer a washing and drying service at £5 per load.

Reference Material
Maps, train and bus timetables are available at reception.

Safe
Valuables can be kept in the guest house safe.

Spare Blankets and Pillows
Spare blankets and pillows are provided in each room.

Telephone
A payphone is available in the reception hall. Mobile phone coverage is limited within Lulworth. At present Orange and O2 offer the best coverage and other services can be picked up on the surrounding hills, or on the coast looking across to Weymouth.

Tourist Information
A selection of tourist leaflets and guidebooks are available in reception and in the customer lounge.
