For those travelling by road, we are approximately 1 hour by car from the M27 motorway.
One car parking bay is provided for each guest room in our car park.

Directions from London

(approx 2.5 hours)
1. M25 to junction 12.
2. M3 westbound to junction 14.
3. M27 westbound towards Dorchester.
4. M27 to junction 1.
5. A31 to Bere Regis.
6. At the large roundabout by the Shell garage take the A35 towards Wareham.
7. At the next roundabout turn right through Bere Regis on the B3071 to Wool.
8. At the end of the road turn right towards Wool.
9. Left after the level crossing in Wool.
10. Follow the B3071 to West Lulworth.

Travelling by Train

Our nearest railway station is in Wool, which is a 10 minute taxi journey from Gatton House.
Wool station is on the main line from London Waterloo to Weymouth.
Taxis are usually available on the station forecourt.

Directions in Lulworth

via Wool from Wareham or Bere Regis on A352

1. Turn left at the level crossing in Wool onto the B3071.
2. Pass Wool Railway Station on the left.
3. Pass the Spar Shop on the right.
4. Follow the road to West Lulworth.
5. Pass Lulworth Camp and the Tanks on the left.
6. Pass the Castle Inn on the right.
7. Take the left fork at the War Memorial.
8. We are 100 yards further, on the left.
9. Our Car Park is at road level with a path leading up to the house.

via Winfrith Newburgh from Dorchester on A352

1. Turn right at the Red Lion, following the signs for Winfrith Newburgh.
2. Drive through the village.
3. The road takes a sharp turn to the left, passing the Church on the right.
4. Follow the road to West Lulworth.
5. Pass the entrance to Durdle Door Camp Site on the right.
6. Follow the road down to West Lulworth.
7. Pass the Holy Trinity Church on the left.
8. Turn left at the end of the road, (Lulworth Cove is to the right).
9. We are 50 yards further, on the right.
10. Our Car Park is at road level with a path leading up to the house.
